1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as "FZ-152") and defines the procedure for processing personal data as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data by IMBAROS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "us").
This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you", "your") while using the website IMBAROS.RU (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as through related services, programs and products.

6. METHODS AND DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

6.2. Processing Duration Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved. After achieving the stated purposes, processing of personal data is terminated, and the data itself is destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise provided by contract.
The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address: info@imbaros.ru.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

The User has the right to:
• Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data.
• Access their personal data and obtain information about the purposes of processing, methods applied, and categories of processed personal data.
• Request clarification or correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Demand blocking or destruction of their personal data if they are processed unlawfully or are excessive in relation to the stated purposes of processing.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User is obliged to:

9. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
